Description of Masterclass: Muscular imbalances and knee tracking issues are a common cause of knee pain and dysfunction. In this session you will learn how to get the Vastus Medialis firing properly and how to correct the imbalances between all the muscles of the thigh building a more balanced and much stronger lower body. Walk away with easy to use exercises that you can do with your clients right away. Learn the differences between the VMO and the Vastus Lateralis. Discover the proper way to balance the muscles of the thigh, anterior/posterior, medial/lateral, hip abductors/adductors. Learn the best strategies to get the VMO and Vastus Medialis to fire. This session is a must for Pilates and Fitness Trainers who work with clients with knee concerns.
