About Cathy

She is the founder of Align Pilates and a Balanced Body certified instructor with a serious love for well rounded, creative movement. After Pilates worked wonders on her post-baby back pain, she dove in headfirst and never looked back.

 

After nearly a decade of experience, she leads a thriving studio and a team of nine, all built on the belief that movement should feel good and do good. Cathy believes great teachers never stop learning. She thrives on swapping ideas with fellow instructors, evolving her methods, and creating movement experiences that feel fresh, functional, and fun.
