About Our Featured Presenter - Bonnie Benesh

Meet Bonnie, a fitness veteran with 20 years in exercise physiology, Pilates, and group fitness. As the founder of BBPilatesCR, she supports Pilates teachers in their practice and class design. Bonnie's workshops showcase her creative flair, drawing from her extensive experience in various group fitness and private teaching formats.  

Currently teaching in a fitness center as well as globally educating fitness professionals as a Balanced Body Educator, Bonnie brings the same creativity to her workshops that distinguishes her group fitness and Pilates classes. Beyond the fitness world, she spends spare moments with her husband and three boys, watching their sporting activities or ensuring she gets her own workout in. Bonnie's life revolves around professional passion, family, and a commitment to personal health—clearly reflected in her dynamic workshops and teachings.
